e-Learning Resources and Online Learning Resources

How do you chose e-learning resources? As technology continues to evolve, the number of tools and resources continues to increase. These tools are marketed as being able to do many things from creating web pages, programming, to graphics and multimedia development. To use an analogy, if one does not already have good writing skills, using a word processor will not make you one. In other words you have to already know the rules of grammar to be able to write a good paper. A word processor's task is to make the process easier, not to replace the skills. When users are not fully equipped with the skills and knowledge, the result is poor e-learning content and learning outcomes.
