Online Tech Support Training Programs

Online tech support training prepares students and employees to learn the skills for keeping computers and networks running effectively and efficiently.

A degree in computer technical support prepares graduates for careers as computer systems administrators, computer support technicians, technical support specialists etc. Typically technical support personnel field technical problems and issues. Over the phone they guide them through a series of steps to troubleshoot and solve the technical problems. They also work in computer repair shops and customer service centers and organizations where they may be responsible for fixing technical problems and computer malfunctions. Upon completion of technical support training, graduates should be able to provide reliable computer support. This means that they learn skills in assessing the computer support needs of a business or organization, technical troubleshooting, diagnosing technical issues, as well as communication skills.
