Airbus A321 of China Southern Airlines forced to return to Shenzhen airport shortly after takeoff due to a problem with the communication system. the aircraft was performing a flight CZ6763 from Shenzhen to Luoyang, but the crew received an indication for a system problem. The crew decided that the best course of action was to turn the airplane around and return to Shenzhen, where landed safely less than an hour after takeoff.
The maintenance engineers proceeded to examine and inspect the aircraft. The aircraft remained on the ground until further inspection and investigation.
All the passengers were rebooked for a later flight to Luoyang. China Southern apologized to passengers for the inconvenience and promised to allow them to rearrange their flights at no extra cost.
