Ireland-based international aircraft leasing company GTLK Europe refinanced debt in the amount of 340 million USD, secured by a portfolio of 14 aircraft. The portfolio includes 5 Airbus A321-200s, 6 Boeing 737-800 and 3 Airbus A319s leased to Aeroflot, Globus, Germania and Bulgarian Eagle airlines.
PK AirFinance, a member of the GECAS group, was appointed lead transaction organizer and provided funding along with Credit Agricole CIB, acting as co-organizer for the provision of loans secured by PJSC Aeroflot aircraft. PK AirFinance also acted as an agent and trustee for collateral rights in a transaction.
