Qatar Airways starts flying to Ukraine since August 28, 2017. The air carrier will carry out daily flights to Boryspil airport from Doha, was preceded by negotiations at the level of the aviation services of both countries.
“Qatar Airways (Qatar) from August 28, 2017 will carry out daily flights to Boryspil airport from Doha”, said Ukrainian Minister of Infrastructure, Volodymyr Omelyan. “This was preceded by negotiations at the level of the aviation services of both countries, and the coordinated work of the ministry, the Ukrainian Embassy in Qatar, the State Aviation Service and Boryspil airport. Passengers should always have a choice, and the more airlines the Ukrainian airports choose for flights, the better the aviation industry will develop”, added he.
The launch of service to the Ukrainian capital comes as part of the airline’s “robust expansion” in Eastern Europe, with service to Skopje, Macedonia and Prague, Czech Republic, commencing this summer, the Doha-based carrier has said in a statement.

Qatar Airways is on the list of seven airlines that have a five-star rating according to the British agency Skytrax.
