Singapore Airlines was awarded as The Best Airline of Asia in Russia and the CIS by the version of Business Traveler for third consecutive year. The airline has already been awarded this award in 2016 and 2017. The ceremony was held in Moscow on November 15.
The Business Traveler Awards is annually awarded for outstanding achievements and innovations in the field of business tourism. In 2018, it was awarded in 37 nominations in 5 categories: “Airlines”, “Airports”, “Destinations – the choice of a business traveler”, “Hotels”, “Traveler’s Arsenal”. The winners in each nomination were determined by the readers of Business Traveler magazine, and the audit of the voting results was carried out by an independent research concern.
Singapore Airlines has been repeatedly awarded through innovative development and unsurpassed service. The airline aims to respond to the requests of various categories of travelers, providing an unforgettable experience of flights in different classes of service: Suite, First Class, Business, Premium Economy and Economy. In 2018, Singapore Airlines was the first in the world to receive the newest model of the Boeing 787-10 aircraft, equipped with the designer interiors of the new generation. Airliners are used on regional flights for up to 8 hours, at the moment they are operated on the Singapore – Osaka, Singapore – Perth and Singapore – Denpasar routes. When carrying out short- and medium-haul flights, the Boeing 787-10 Singapore Airlines offers a range of additional amenities, previously available exclusively on long-haul flights.

In addition to Singapore Airlines, the Singapore Changi International Airport was awarded at the ceremony. He received the title of the best airport in the world.
