Vietnam Airlines, the national carrier of Vietnam, for the third year in a row receives the Skytrax 4 stars, a prestigious international organization for awarding ratings to airlines and airports. This award was the result of Vietnam Airlines’ hard work to improve the quality of the services provided.
Rating Skytrax is formed on the basis of an independent audit, which checks the quality of all services offered by the airline – both in the sky and on the ground. Receiving the “4 stars” Skytrax puts Vietnam Airlines on a par with the best airlines in the world, including Air France, Air New Zealand, British Airways, Emirates, Japan Airlines, Korean Air, KLM and Qantas.
“This year Vietnam Airlines pays special attention to the quality of service as one of the most important components of a successful business, which allows to meet the ever growing needs of customers”, says the official statement of the Skytrax.
Vietnam Airlines continues to improve the level of services in all classes of service. The airline offers business class passengers, premium economy class and LotuSmiles loyalty program participants separate priority registration racks. The business class is available on international routes to Russia, the UK, France, Germany and Australia and provides long-haul flights passengers maximum comfort during the flight. The premium economy class is available on flights to Japan, Australia and Western Europe. Another nice addition was the optimization of duty free shopping on board.
Positive feedback from passengers is a special pride for Vietnam Airlines. The airline’s desire to provide the highest level of service was repeatedly noted by prestigious international awards. In 2017, Vietnam Airlines won the CAPA award in the category “Airline of the Year in the Asia-Pacific region”, and was also awarded the World Travel Awards in the categories “Leading Asian Airlines, preserving cultural traditions” and “The leading airline of Asia with the best premium economy class”.
